Have you ever had a sporting session where everything felt just right. Your body felt strong, you had lots of energy and even crashes couldn’t stop your happy vibe? And two days later, the remnants of that feeling still coursed through your body, and you could skip and high-five your mates without pain or soreness?
If yes, sounds like you’re already doing all the right things for your body pre and post session and you should stick with it. But for those who aren’t so lucky, who’ve lacked energy not long after starting training, who’ve suffered from lethargy and sore muscles for too many days, keep reading!
